I've had a pretty varied career starting out at leading medical insurer MPS, developing their first online presence. I've also worked for the Government Digital Service (GDS) and ran Erskine Design, a specialist web development agency, where I oversaw work with the BBC on the Global Experience Language (GEL) and expanded the agency into the US.
More recently I spent four years heading up digital transformation programmes at Zurich Personal Lines, part of the Zurich Insurance Group, before launching InMyBag, an Insurtech startup incubated by investment and VC firm, Hambro Perks, famous for launching companies as diverse as Sipsmith and Laundrapp.
